All Clothing and Accessories (collectively known as Equipment from here on) are interchangeable, and multiple pieces of the same item may be worn multiple times (assuming you have the equipment slot available.). The purpose of wearing Equipment is to be less naked, and provide boosts to EXP or Gold drops.

Equipment Rarities:[]

All Equipment is one of four rarities when obtained, which can be upgraded in the inventory menu for Dragon Tokens.

Basic No boosts, purely cosmetic, with the exception of the power nap bonus from the pajama set
Military EXP+ or Gold+
Elite Both EXP+ and Gold+, one Military-rarity boost and the other Elite-rarity boost. (one will be higher than Military Equipment of the same tier.
Royal Both EXP+ and Gold+, both with a Royal boost
Royal II+ Both EXP+ and Gold+, diminishing returns for each rarity past Royal

Tiers[]

Every item has a tier visible in the inventory menu. The tier of an item represents which training you were at when you got it, with higher tiers representing higher rewards for the same rarity.

Upgrading[]

You can spend certain amounts of Dragon Tokens to upgrade equipment from one rarity to the next. It is not possible to upgrade equipment from one tier to the next, or downgrade equipment.

Upgrading Costs
Elite 72
Royal 120
Royal II - Royal X (unconfirmed, tested to Royal V) 150 per rarity upgrade

Obtaining:[]

Shop:[]

The shop is located in the main lobby, to the right of the developer, and left of the training room. You can find gear of any rarity at the shop, in a random assortment. The shop refreshes every 10 minutes, when you upgrade training, meditate, or manually refresh it for 12 Dragon Tokens.

Enemy drops:[]

Any Rarity of gear can be dropped from enemies, but only the style of gear found in each Area, and only the Tier you currently have unlocked. The drop rate of gear has not been researched yet, and there is no way to change the rate that equipment drops.

When someone obtains a Royal piece of gear from an Enemy Drop, a message gets sent in the chat saying, "<username> stole their enemy's ROYAL <item name>!" (citation needed)
